Iconic Marine Group this morning said it is acquiring NauticStar Boats.

Amory, Miss.-based NauticStar is a builder of bay boats, hybrids, deck boats and offshore center consoles. The company had sales of $70 million last year, Iconic Marine said in a statement.

Iconic Marine currently owns the Fountain Powerboats and Donzi Marine brands.

“NauticStar has an experienced manufacturing team, a solid dealer network, and an outstanding line of boats,” Iconic Marine managing partner Fred Ross said in the statement. “Their 19-boat 2023 fleet extends from 18 to 28 feet, which fits perfectly with Fountain and Donzi that rank as top-tier brands in the 32- to 43-foot size range.”

Terms of the NauticStar transaction were not disclosed. Ross said Iconic Marine anticipates expanding further.
